Suffering with, and recovering from, binge eating with Free With Brid

Published on: 23rd September, 2020

Please remember that no episode of the MyoMinds podcast can be used as a replacement for medical advice and/or care.

I spoke with Brid, the founder of Free With Brid. She works with women who are struggling with binge eating to move away from their fears around food.

Brid and I talk about our personal experiences with binge eating disorder. We learn all about Brid's story of struggling with loneliness whilst at university and while traveling and how this led to her eating disorder.

We both share some insights and details above our experiences and find out we have rather similar stories! Later on in the episode we also go into our recovery process and how Brid now helps others who are going through binge eating episodes.
