In this episode, I speak with elite high jumper and commonwealth games athlete, Jayne Nisbet. Jayne's story of battling through her eating disorder, nearly losing her dream opportunity but eventually making it to the Glasgow commonwealth games is inspiring.

We talk about Jayne's experiences with bulimia, what it was like to be an elite athlete with an eating disorder and whether athletes are at higher risk of developing these issues.
