Disclaimer - In today's episode we talk about eating disorders and suicidal thoughts, please take care if you choose to listen.

In today's episode I talk to Laura Beth, the ultra-distance runner and volunteer at First Steps ED.

Laura shares her experiences with bulimia and with depression. We go into how Laura began developing disordered thoughts towards food at 7 years old, how this slowly transitioned into bulimia and how she has now found a place where she can help others through her work with the charity First Steps ED. Me and Laura also discuss how gym environments can help and hinder eating disorder recovery and we talk about our experiences taking medication for our mental health.
