Published on: 7th April, 2021

Please remember that no episode of the MyoMinds podcast can be used as a replacement for medical advice and/or care.

In this episode, I speak with Char (@Charmacpt), the female powerlifter and owner of Unified strength gym.

In this episode, we go through so many different topics, from the negative pressure that got Char started in lifting, to her experiences of 7 years of counseling. Char also gives her advice to those who own/work in a gym and want to create a supportive environment. She also shares what she does to support her own mental health in day-to-day life.

Char is truly strong of mind and body, I really hope you all enjoy this chat!
