What is MyoMinds?

We had a load of new listeners following some publicity in different places, so I wanted to do a quick pod describing what MyoMinds is and what it is we do!

I also share a little bit about what's been going on for the last few months. I do feel odd doing these solo pods but I hope you enjoy my ramblings.
