Please remember that no episode of the MyoMinds podcast can be used as a replacement for medical advice and/or care.

In this episode, I speak with the 2017 Mr Universe Luke Bagster. We share a mutual love for bodybuilding and in this episode we go through the ins and outs of being a professional bodybuilder.

Luke reveals the intense pressure he put on himself and put on him by the culture surrounding bodybuilding. We discuss the constant feelings of not being big enough or lean enough and the stress to always look and act as a dominating presence.

As the podcast goes on Luke gives his advice for gym-goers and aspiring bodybuilders to still train and eat to excel in the sport but also not consume themselves with pressure and stress.
