I spoke with professional strongman Luke Fullbrook, Luke has competed at The Worlds Strongest Masters competition and Britians strongest man. He is a personal trainer and S&C coach and has recently suffered a severe tricep injury.

In this conversation we go over Luke's life adversities, being bullied at school, dealing with suicide in the family, and the crippling comparison that comes with being a strength athlete. Luke also shares his experiences with counseling, training with the 2017 Worlds Strongest Man Eddie Hall, and how he deals with social media pressures.
