Mark is a personal trainer who has recently began his project to help indirviduals with mental health issues get into the gym.

Mark has personal experiences struggling with suicidal thoughts that led to an event that changed his life. This moment made Mark realise he needed a new purpose and began to daunting commitment to a more physically active life. There were ups and downs but Mark is now doing all he can to help other people improve their lives the same way he improved his.
