The Poet with Pace, Donato

Please remember that no episode of the MyoMinds podcast can be used as a replacement for medical advice and/or care.

In this episode, we are joined by a man with so many weird, wonderful, and sometimes scary experiences. Donato has worked previously as a mental health nurse, he has won multiple social media awards, he has interviewed some incredible people and also now happens to be an international standard distance runner!

We talk about the idea of seeing things as objective (not good or bad), about Donato's wonderful community and we hear about Donato's, multiple, life-threatening experiences.

I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did. We continued speaking for a good hour or so even after I stopped the recording!
