Is diet tracking good or bad for disordered eating?

Published on: 4th November, 2020

Please remember that no episode of the MyoMinds podcast can be used as a replacement for medical advice and/or care.

I speak with my friend Guille about dieting tracking for eating disorders.

Those of you who have followed MyoMinds for a while may remember Guille, he helped us with some posts and with promoting. Myself and Guille have lived experience with eating disorders but we differ in one specific way. For myself, tracking my diet was a catalyst for my ED, making it worse and worse over time, but for Guille tracking helped him recover from his ED.

So in this episode we have an open discussion about our ED experiences and how tracking affected us. We hope you enjoy!
